FOR THE ESSENCE OF RENAISSANCE
Gold to a young lady tinkering with her accessory,
Scampering away from the lonely man.
Lazing and lying too, this lonely man.
Black sombrero at the edge of a drooping angle.
She looks like a twining of fine excelsior.
Toggling her most delicate of responses,
Is, emotionally speaking, a meeting of tiger and feather.
Languid in a seldom empty vice of expression;
Behind a fractal shrub.
The lonely man waits.
She removes her engraved ebony umbrella
As a tinkering shower tinkers on the hat of the waiting man.
With sure step, the man reclines from his shadow
And with dainty step, Lady Mary measures her distance
To home with aplomb and intensity.
Between the curvature of sombrero and half pupil;
An eye towards the gentleman beckons to the lady.
Lady Mary glides a look smoothly, scanning.
The man is infinitely taken aback, taken to the knees.
Such fathomless power not a mortal has witnessed.
Such, that the words come out wrong.
The poor man of good deed;
Is witness to a smile back from the lady
That causes a local weather system
To turn from snowy hail, to the rushing heat of a summer day.
Lady Mary beckons softly for happiness in the sum of potential.
Renaissance emerges from shocking luck.
