Chubby Greg eats merrily
Biting at a chicken leg as it is
handed over straight from a grilling.
Greg has a friend called Montenegro
Who also has a cousin called Guaglione.
Greg and Monty both eat chicken merrily
As it drips with blood from the barbeque.
Greg has a dream.
He wants to celebrate a single moment.
So far, he feels all his single moments
Have not been worth celebrating.
And due to everybody celebrating
this particular moment,
Greg decides to join in
But only with those who celebrate.
He chomps at the chicken.
Awaiting the single moment.
While Guaglione finds himself
Alone in a mess.
Guaglione thinks of his own celebration.
He does not want to be with the other two.
So he packs his things on a cloth and stick.
And leaves to a distant land.
Guaglione comes to the land.
And finds celebrations already in force.
Can it be that moment already?
No, this is their version of it.
So which version is the truth?
Why have most decided on this one?
Is it merely for the sake of agreement?
Or are we getting it wrong?
It is just an excuse to Guaglione anyway,
Who traverses up to Nepal.
And meditates in eternal peace in an eternal moment.
While Greg and Monty drip with a canine infection.
